Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Purpose and Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and is not allowed when using the EVED service, including its website, dashboard, and the AI assistant operated on WhatsApp. It applies to every client, user, and any person who interacts with the Service. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
By using the Service, you agree not to use it, and not to allow anyone else to use it, in any way described as prohibited below.
Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to create, upload, process, request, generate, or transmit any content that is:
- ×Sexual or pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise NSFW (not safe for work) material
- ×Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualizes or endangers minors
- ×Violent, graphic, or gratuitously gory, or content that promotes or glorifies violence or terrorism
- ×Hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory toward any person or group
- ×Promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
- ×Unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or deliberately deceptive
- ×Infringing the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
The Service is strictly for legitimate, professional communication between a clinic and its patients. NSFW, sexual, or otherwise harmful content is prohibited at all times, whether generated by a user, a patient, or the AI assistant.
Prohibited Activities
You may not, and may not permit anyone to:
- ×Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or messages in breach of WhatsApp's policies or applicable communication laws
- ×Distribute malware, conduct phishing, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
- ×Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
- ×Collect, store, or process personal data without a lawful basis and the necessary consents
- ×Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code of the Service
- ×Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- ×Bypass, disable, or circumvent any security feature, usage limit, or content-moderation control of the Service
Use of the AI Assistant
The AI assistant is provided to help clinics answer patient questions, qualify leads, and book appointments. It must not be used to generate, solicit, or process any of the prohibited content listed above.
You are responsible for the clinic-specific information you provide to configure the assistant, and for ensuring that the way you use it complies with this Policy, our Terms, and applicable law.
Content Moderation
To help enforce this Policy, content handled by the AI assistant may be screened by automated content-moderation systems, including third-party moderation services provided by our payment and infrastructure partners. Content identified as prohibited may be blocked, withheld, or flagged for review.
Moderation is applied to protect patients, clinics, and the integrity of the Service. We may refuse to process, or may stop processing, any request that violates this Policy.
Healthcare Context
EVED provides software. It does not provide medical advice or any medical service, and it is not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Clients are solely responsible for the clinical accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information delivered through the Service, and for complying with the healthcare, advertising, and data-protection rules of their jurisdiction.
Enforcement
We may investigate any suspected violation of this Policy. Where a violation is found, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including issuing a warning, removing or blocking content, suspending or terminating access to the Service, and, where required, cooperating with law enforcement or other authorities.
Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination without refund, as set out in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
Reporting a Violation
If you become aware of any use of the Service that breaches this Policy, please report it to contact@eved.ai. We review every report and act on it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. The most current version is always available at eved.ai/acceptable-use.
