What do I need to prepare?

Nothing. Bring a few real questions your team has been getting on WhatsApp and we'll handle them live. No slides, no prep deck.

Who should attend from our side?

Usually the clinic director or operations manager. One to three people works best. If your head doctor wants to see the Norwood analysis, invite them too.

Will this turn into a sales pitch?
